If something doesn’t feel right and it’s affecting your safety, comfort or ability to get on with things at home, give us a call. Our emergency electricians will walk you through what to do while we’re on the way.
Don’t touch exposed wires or any wet electrical equipment. If it’s safe, switch the power off at the main switch, especially if you can smell burning or see smoke. If there’s any risk of fire, get everyone out and call emergency services first.
If you can, try to keep a clear path to the affected area so we can work quickly when we arrive.
